Siva - Zwan : Concert Reviews

After waiting in line for a little over 6 hours(and meeting Billy and Jimmy while doing so) we were finally able to escape the (what felt like) 2 degree weather.

Matt Sweeny was the first to come onstage. Holding a beer in his right hand he introduces the opening act, "Childrens Hour". The band consisted of a guy on acoustic, a woman on vocals with a Harp, electric guitar, and a guy on drums. The band started off really soft then once the woman picked up the electric guitar, the drummer started getting into it and so did the crowd. If you noticed backstage, you could see Paz and Matt watching the band. After a pretty good 5-song set, they left the eager crowd with some warm goodbyes and told us to enjoy Zwan.

Next comes Zwan. Oh ya. Once the band emerged from the back the stage lit up with camera flashes. Zwan was so full of energy. They seemed like such a happy band. After and during every song there would be a smile between Billy and Paz or Billy and Jimmy. Between some songs Billy and Paz would do some aerobics or there would be the eventual kiss from Paz to Billy. You could totally see some kind of connection between them. Every person in the band definitely had a part and no song would be the same without any of the members. For "Of A Broken Heart" David Pajo was on Piano and Paz on Violin. Between a lot of songs Billy Would thank the crowd and everyone would cheer. Zwan is definitley an experieance for Everyone. Even people who are not fans. It wasn't a concert it was more of a kick ass ride.
