July 27, 2007 - The Fillmore - San Francisco, CA, US Concert review by martin Siva - Zwan : Concert Reviews i have seen the pumpkins before but this WAS a show. The set list was incredible, lots of early album songs and an incredible version of Starla. Words cannot describle how intense the show was. lots of guitar shredding, solos and bright flashing lights. At one point, Billy said that he was becoming paranoid from the smoke of all the stoners in the audience. Billy then mentioned this as being the reason he didn't do drugs when he was younger. there were several new/new-ish songs i didn't recognize but they were still great. my favorite show, thus far. |
